Capital Grill Tuna Steak Salad



GRILLED TUNA STEAK SALAD
The Capital Grille Copycat Recipe

4 (7-8 oz.) tuna steaks, grilled and sliced
24 ounces green salad mix
8 ounces red potatoes
4 ounces kalamata olives
8 ounces roasted red pepper slices
4 teaspoons mixed fresh herbs (parsley, chives, and thyme)
4 teaspoons capers
1 cup Roasted Basil and Red Pepper Vinaigrette
salt to taste

Brush tuna steak with olive oil and season with fish salt then grill to rare (or whatever preferred). Toss all remaining ingredients with dressing in bowl - toss well. Plate salad and top with tuna slices and drizzle tuna with 1 teaspoon of  the vinaigrette. Garnish with lemon wrap.
