Cheddar Ranch Potatoes

Hereford House Recipe

Makes 8 servings

2 cups heavy cream
1/4 ranch dressing packet
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 1/2 pounds potatoes, sliced
3/4 pound white cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In a large mixing bowl combine the heavy cream, ranch-dressing packet, salt and white pepper. Mix well. In a casserole dish lay the potatoes out in layers.Cover with the white cheddar cheese. Pour the cream mixture over the top of the potatoes and cheese.

Cover with aluminum foil. Place in the oven and cook for 1 hour. Remove from the oven and stir the potatoes around. Place the dish back in oven and cook an additional 30 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy!
