Drunken Steak



Top sirloin marinated in Samuel Adams beer and special
herbs. Served on top of our garlic cream sauce

DRUNKEN STEAK
Johnny's Italian Restaurant Recipe


Marinade
olive oil
fresh chopped garlic
7-10 oz top sirloin marinated in Samuel Adams premium lager
1 oz fresh basil
1 oz parsley
2 oz teriyaki sauce

Sauce
butter
onions
fresh garlic
fresh basil
demi glaze
Samuel Adams beer
heavy cream

Make a few cuts along the edge of the steak and place in a shallow dish. In a bowl beer, fresh herbs and teriyaki sauce. Pour the liquid over the steak, cover the dish, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 to 4 hours.

Grill steak over medium heat.

Chef's recommendation: serve with garlic mashed potatoes and a glass of red wine.
