Fingerling Potatoes



FINGERLING POTATOES
Steakhouse Restaurant Recipe

Serves 6

2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
2 pounds fingerling potatoes, boiled until fork tender and sliced in half
1/4 teaspoon saffron, ground
1/4 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Heat butter and olive oil in a non stick skillet over medium high heat. Add potatoes and cook until golden, turn half way through cooking. In the last 2 minutes, add garlic, saffron, and paprika. Toss to coat, finish cooking. Season with salt and pepper.
