Butter poached lobster and fresh shrimp tossed with sun dried peaches, toasted hazelnuts and boutique greens in a peach Frangelico Vinaigrette dressing.

Serves 1

Peach Frangelico Vinaigrette
1 cup honey balsamic vinaigrette
pureed peaches
1/4 cup Frangelico Liqueur

Seafood
4 large shrimp
2 ounes lobster meat
salt and pepper, to taste
1 oz fresh minced garlic

Salad
4 oz spring mix
2 oz bruschetta tomatoes
2 oz dried peaches
1 oz toasted hazelnuts
2 oz Peach Frangelico Vinaigrette
