Port Laced Mushrooms



PORT LACED MUSHROOMS
J Gilbert's Restaurant Recipe

1 scoop butter
3 ounces shittake mushrooms, sliced
1 tablespoon green onion, sliced thinly
1 teaspoons black pepper
1 1/2 ounces port/sherry wine
2 ounces chicken broth

Heat the butter to saute, add the mushrooms and quickly saute, add the onion, pepper, port wine and chicken booth, reduce for 30 seconds and serve immediately.
