Sausage Bread

Home baked bread stuffed with sausage, onion, 
Mozzarella and Colby cheese. Served with marinara sauce

Johnny's Italian Steakhouse Recipe

14 inch pizza dough, round, thawed
marinara sauce
8 ounces Mozzarella cheese
8 oz Cheddar cheese
16 oz Italian sausage, removed from casing and cooked
egg wash
Asiago cheese (for sprinkling as topping)

When your pizza dough is thawed, spread marinara sauce over it. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheese mixture over dough. Place meat on top of cheese and add the rest of cheese mixture on top of the meat. Roll the dough, and top with egg wash and Asiago cheese. Poke holes in the dough for ventilation Bake for 18 minutes at 350 degrees.
