Johnny's Italian Steakhouse Recipe

1 (10 oz.) top sirloin
2 shrimp
1 oz sliced button mushroom
1 oz sliced portabella mushroom
1/2 oz white wine
juice of one lemon wedge
1/8 teaspoon lobster base
1 tablespoon sun dried tomato strips
1 tablespoon sliced basil
4 oz garlic cream sauce (recipe below)
1/2 oz crab claw meat
1 oz shredded parmesan

Heat first skillet to medium high heat and place steak in skillet and season with salt and pepper.

In second skilled, heat oil and add shrimp. Add both mushrooms and let soften. Deglaze pan with white wine and add lemon juice, lobster base, sun dried, basil and finish with the cream and crab meat. Return to steak and flip over. Place steak on plate and add cheese to the sauce. Now pour sauce over steak and serve.

Garlic Cream Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
3/4 cup half & half
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese

In large saucepan, melt butter. Saute garlic over medium heat for 1 minute (until garlic tender). Remove from heat. Stir in flour, blend until smooth. Return to heat and gradually add half and half. Stir in cheese. Heat until sauce thickened and smooth.
