Tomato and Gorgonzola Salad



BEEFSTEAK TOMATO and GORGONZOLA SALAD
Shula's Steakhouse Recipe

iceburg lettuce cut 1x1 inch pieces
romaine lettuce cut 2x2 inch pieces
vine ripened tomato
Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
diced red onion
red wine vinaigrette

Remove outer leaves from lettuce and chop. When cutting the lettuce...place in sink with ice water to rinse it and keep it crisp. Slice the tomato thick and place next to the lettuce. Dice the red onion. Ladle with 1/4 cup red wine vinaigrette. Add cheese and diced red onion on top of salad.
