Tomato Dijon Seafood Pasta



TOMATO DIJON SEAFOOD PASTA
Johnny's Italian Steakhouse Recipe

3 jumbo shrimp
2 scallops
2 ounces sun dried tomatoes, sliced
1 tablespoon sun dried tomato pesto
3 fresh basil leaves (chiffonade cut)
1 teaspoon fresh garlic
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
6 ounces cooked pasta

Sear shrimp and scallops over medium high heat. Add  thesun dried tomatoes, pesto, basil, garlic, broth and Dijon mustard. Mix well.  Pour seafood and tomato Dijon gravy over pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
