Supper Club Spinach Salad



Served with traditional hot bacon dressing topped with sun-dried tomatoes,
 pecans, prosciutto and hard boiled egg. You may also add grilled chicken or shrimp.


SUPPER CLUB SPINACH SALAD
Johnny's Italian Steakhouse Recipe

Salad Dressing
1 lb of bacon
1 small red onion
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup sugar

Cook down, lower heat.  Add 1 cup sour cream. This makes 1 quart of dressing (8 salads) good for up to 4 days in fridge.

Salad
1 bag of spinach
1 hard boiled egg
1/2 cup prosciutto
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
1/2 cup candied pecans
