Lobster Macaroni and Cheese



LOBSTER MACARONI and CHEESE
Capital Grille Copycat Recipe

Serves 6

1 box Campanelle Pasta (Barilla)
2 cups of heavy cream
1/3 cup of Marscapone Cheese
1/3 cup of Grana Padano Cheese
1/3 cup of Havarti Cheese
1/3 cup of White Cheddar Cheese (Abbot)
pinch of salt
cooked lobster meat
dash of truffle oil
1/4 cup of fresh bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Cook the pasta very al dente, drain well. While still hot, mix in heavy cream, all the cheeses, salt, lobster and truffle oil in an oven proof dish. Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until the bread crumbs are crispy.
