Fogo de Chão New Items:

  • Roasted Butternut Squash Salad: Butternut squash roasted with cinnamon and honey and tossed with cranberries and feta, included in the price of the Market Table food bar
  • Pear & Endive Salad (pictured): Pears with julienne purple endive, crumbled bleu cheese and candied bacon in pear vinaigrette, included in the price of the Market Table
  • Butternut & Sweet Potato Soup: Roasted butternut squash puréed with sweet potatoes and winter spices, included in the price of the Market Table
  • Blackberry Azedo: Blackberries muddled with mint and shaken with Hendrick’s Gin, crème de Cassis and lime sour mix
  • Whisky Jam Sour: Monkey Shoulder Blended Scotch Whisky shaken with raspberry jam, orange bitters and lemon sour mix

  • Lavender Southside cocktail: Lavender and mint muddled and shaken with ice, Tanqueray gin and lime sour, strained and finished with club soda
  • Caramelized Pineapple Old Fashioned cocktail: Caramelized pineapple muddled with orange and Luxardo maraschino cherries with Bulleit Rye stirred with ice

  • Shaved Brussels Sprouts and Bacon Salad: Brussels sprouts lightly cooked with brown sugar and red pepper bacon, with Parmigiano Reggiano and peppadew peppers, tossed in preserved lemon vinaigrette
  • Winter Citrus Salad: White, pink and ruby red grapefruit, oranges, tangerines and blood oranges finished with a hint of sugar and mint
  • Caramelized Pineapple Old Fashioned: Caramelized pineapple muddled with orange and Luxardo cherries, topped with Bulleit Rye Whiskey and served over ice
  • Ruby Red Martini: Ketel One vodka mixed with ruby red grapefruit and lemon juice, served in a martini glass
