  • Texas Stuffed Quail: Bacon wrapped quail stuffed with sausage, cornbread, celery and onion, served with cheesy jalapeño grits and green beans, $21.99
  • Bison Burger: Bison patty, smoked onion ring, Swiss cheese, herb mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato on butter bun, served with fries, $13.99
  • Pecos Pecan Trout (pictured): Pecan and panko crusted trout with brandy cream sauce, served on a bed of spinach, $16.99

That’s what Texas Land & Cattle calls burger bliss, and it’s being served up now through June 1 2014.

In honor of National Burger Month, Texas Land & Cattle is urging its guests to stake their claim to savory creativity with the new Build Your Own Burger (B.Y.O.B.) promotion. A Texas-sized line up of choices – including five cheeses, seven delicious toppers and five sauces – will tempt you to see how many combinations you can try before the month ends.
