New Menu Items at Del Frisco's

Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse New Items: 

  • Wagyu Beef French Dip: Prime top round seared and slow roasted to medium rare, sliced and served on a roll with au jus
  • Avocado Chicken Salad Wrap: Chilled red quinoa, bacon, grilled chicken, avocado, iceberg lettuce, Roma tomato and chipotle aïoli wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla
  • Lobster Roll: Chilled lobster mixed with mayonnaise, lemon juice and cayenne on a grilled and buttered brioche bun
  • Chicken Kale Salad: Marinated boneless chicken breast, baby kale, Brussels sprouts, dried cranberries, almonds, Manchego cheese and orange segments
  • Chopped Chicken Cobb Salad: Disk of iceberg lettuce, basil, chopped grilled chicken, bacon, tomatoes, cheddar and blue cheese, garnished with avocado and chopped chives 
  • Sesame Seared Tuna with Green Beans: Tuna coated with sesame seeds and served with green beans, sweet soy sauce, orange segments, teriyaki glaze and wasabi cream
  • Pan Seared Jumbo Shrimp: Jumbo shrimp over crab fried rice served with green onions and black bean garlic sauce

  • Escargots: Extra large, sauteed Burundi snails from Burgundy with toasted baguette, basil–garlic butter, diced tomato and prosciutto
  • Thick Cut Bacon Au Poivre (pictured): Black pepper-crusted, applewood smoked bacon with bourbon molasses glaze and pickled Fresno chilies
  • Tuna Tartare: Raw tuna diced with citrus oil and chives, topped with wakame seaweed salad and served with wonton triangles
  • Steak Tartare: Raw beef tenderloin topped with hardboiled egg and chives, served with baguette crisps
  • Seared Rare Wagyu Beef Carpaccio: Thinly sliced seared wagyu beef tenderloin topped with Creole mustard aïoli, Parmesan cheese, capers, kosher salt and olive oil, served with baguette crisps
  • Bay of Fundy Salmon with Crab Hash: Bay of Fundy salmon fillet served over crab hash, drizzled with lobster tomato jus
  • Sea Bass with Black Bean Garlic Sauce over Crab Fried Rice: Chilean sea bass served over crab fried rice and topped with Asian slaw
  • Prime Braised Short Rib with Chateau Potatoes: Braised boneless short rib served over château potatoes with butter poached vegetable medley, topped with fried tobacco onions
  • Pan Roasted Chicken with Roasted Potato, Mushroom and Corn: Pan-roasted chicken breast served over roasted potato, mushroom and corn mixture topped with roasted chicken jus and cream

Del Frisco's Grille New Item: 

  • Red Velvet Waffle Ice Cream Sandwich with Chocolate Dipping Sauce, slightly crisp red velvet waffle sandwiching vanilla ice cream and served with chocolate sauce, $10.

Availability: Feb. 14-15, although it might be added as a permanent item
