Grilled Swordfish with Pomegranate Salsa


GRILLED SWORDFISH with Pomegranate Salsa
Fleming's Prime Steakhouse Recipe

4 (6 oz) swordfish fillets
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon minced chives
1 tablespoon minced lemon zest
salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and marinate over night. Grill over high heat for 4 to 5 min. on each side or until cooked to desired temperature. Plate and top with pomegranate salsa.

Pomegranate Salsa:
1 pomegranate (de-seeded)
1 tablespoon basil
2 tablespoons shallot minced
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt & pepper

Mix all the ingredients together.
