Sauteed French Green Beans



SAUTEED FRENCH GREEN BEANS
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse Recipe

4 ounces green beans, trimmed
1 1/2 tablespoons salted butter
3 ounces shitake mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon porcini powder

Cook the trimmed green beans in the streamer for 2 to 3 minutes. Melt the butter in a saute pan over medium high heat then add the green beans, precooked mushrooms, salt and pepper and porcini powder and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Place green beans and mushrooms on a warm 9 inch oval underliner plate with a large serving spoon.
