Steak Tips Stroganoff

Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse Recipe

6 ounces filet tips
2 teaspoons steak seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ounce sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon diced red onions
3 ounces Drunken Steak Sauce
2 tablespoons sour cream
6 ounces cooked pappardelle pasta
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese

Season tips and sear on flat top grill to order.  Allow tips to brown and form a crust. Saute mushrooms and onions in olive oil until tender.  Add drunken sauce and sour cream.  Bring to simmer, making sure sour cream is completely incorporated. Flash garlic in hot oil with parsley and toss with noodles.  Toss in Parmesan. Toss meat in sauce. Serve over noodles. Garnish top with drizzle of sour cream thinned with water.

Drunken Steak Sauce:
Samuel Adams premium lager
1 ounce fresh basil
1 ounce parsley
2 ounces teriyaki sauce
