Sauteed Mushrooms

Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse Restaurant Copycat Recipe

1 pound small white button mushrooms
5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2-3 cloves of garlic

juice from 1/2 lemon
salt and pepper to taste
3-4 tablespoons chopped parsley

Clean and trim mushrooms, leaving only the caps. Heat extra virgin olive oil in large pan, add garlic, and saute for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and saute over medium/high heat until brown. Reduce heat to low for 4-5 minutes. Stir frequently, adding lemon juice, salt, pepper and parsley. Saute ingredients for one more minute. Makes 4 servings.
