The Palm Restaurant McClure Cocktail


MCCLURE COCKTAIL
The Palm Restaurant Recipe

2 parts brandy
2 parts gin
1 part orange Curacao
1 part apricot liqueur

This is not a cocktail where you can guess the proportions, use a jigger or a larger measure device, if appropriate. Prepare the mixture in a pitcher ahead of time, and refrigerate until very, very cold. Serve in a cocktail glass without ice.
