Mr. Steak Original Kebob Marinade



ORIGINAL KEBOB MARINADE
Mr. Steak Restaurant Recipe

1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
1 cup oil
1 cup white vinegar
1 ounce Lea and Perrins Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion salt
1 tablespoon ground black pepper

Whisk ingredients together. Marinate meat 24 to 72 hours.

As an added note, the vegetables skewered with meat were frozen first so that they would be soft and charred even when a customer ordered the meat rare.
