Amaretto Pie

Stock Yard Restaurant Recipe

Serves 8

1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 cup all-purpouse flour
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons Amaretto liqueur
1 cup prepared whipped topping
1 cup Confectioners' sugar
2( 3 oz.) packages instant coconut pudding
3 cups milk
prepared whipped topping
toasted almonds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl combine the margarine, flour and pecans and spread them in a 10-inch pie plate. Bake for 12 minutes. Cool.

Mix the softened cream cheese, liqueur, prepared whipping topping and sugar and spread over the cook crust. Chill until set. Prepare the pudding and milk according to package directions. Spread over the cream cheese mixture. Top with prepared whipped topping and sprinkle with nuts.
