Caesar Salad

Stock Yard Restaurant Recipe

Serves 6

4 cups mayonnaise
1 1/4 cups sour cream
1 egg, uncooked
2 tablespoons diced celery
1 tablespoon diced anchovies
1 large onion, diced
2 tablespoons fresh minced garlic
1 tablespoon black ground pepper
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
6 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
croutons
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

In a medium mixing bowl combine all the ingredients except lettuce, croutons and cheese. Mix well and chill for 15 minutes. In a large bowl toss the dressing with the lettuce and croutons and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
