Creamy Peanut Butter Pie

Stock Yard Restaurant Recipe

Serves 8

1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
1 graham cracker crust, baked
whipping cream

In a mixing bowl and using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, penut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the heavy cream and spoon into baked crust. Chill until set and top with whipping cream.
