Green Bean Casserole

Stock Yard Restaurant Recipe

Serves 4

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
4 cans of green beans cooked, drained
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onions
ground black pepper to taste

Heat the oven to 350 degrees. In a 1 1/2 quart, oven-safe casserole, combine the soup, milk, 1/2 cup cheese, pepper, green beans and 2/3 cup onions. Mix well and bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining onions and cheese on top and bake for 5 to 10 minutes more.
