Macaroni Salad

Stock Yard Restaurant Recipe

Serves 6

1 7-ounce package macaroni shells, cooked, drained, cooled
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 cup pickle relish
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons pimentos
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon sugar

In a large bowl combine the cooked macaroni, celery, relish, onion, pepper, salt and pimentos, mixing well. In a small bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and sugar and pour over the salad, tossing well. Cover and chill for 3 to 4 hours.
