Waldorf Salad

Stock Yard Restaurant Recipe

Serves 4-6

2 cups red delicious apples, diced, unpeeled
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup whipping cream

In a medium bowl toss apple pieces with lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Add remaining ingredients, fold gently, chill and serve.
